Customer Service Representative

Answer phone inquiries show and lease storage spaces, seek out new customers, sell locks, boxes packing/moving supplies and provide superior customer service assisting the Assistant Manager and Manager in the daily operations of the store and relieving him/her on their days off. Flexibility on your part in scheduling is required. Efficiently maintain the building and grounds of the storage property.

Facility Maintenance & Cleaning

Efficiently maintain the building and grounds of the storage property. The position may be assigned to one or multiple properties. Responsible for managing the maintenance of equipment, buildings and other facilities. The position plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. Assists in the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery, including building lighting systems, grounds keeping, security and overall facility appearance.

Assistant Bookkeeper

Supports the daily accounting functions of the office in a manner that promotes efficiency, accuracy and professionalism. Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. Check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded.
